It looks like mafia has collision range limit or something, or some kind of gridAnd there is. A grid within which collisions operate exists. Its borders may be set in Tools window at the Col tab.

Are you able to open it in other tools? Like BSV, DCED, MWE, etc?Yes. All of these tools and others are able to open the file. This file is from my Freeride Extended mod version 3.0.
